For centuries we have been brewing our coffee with dirty, cover roasted beans.  These ancient roasting methods use large, dirty, rotating cast iron drums to circulate the beans.  During rotation, the beans closest to the iron often get burnt and the beans on the inside don’t get roasted enough. 
Meanwhile, many of the rotating beans become broken or even crushed.  It is the residue of these broken beans that contaminate each and every batch of coffee beans that get roasted in the same dirty drum.

So what makes your coffee different?
That's easy.  Our coffee is convection roasted.  That means, we use hot air to circulate around the coffee beans, roasting them individually.  All of our products are roasted in small batches to insure absolute perfection in every package.

How do you ship?
We ship all orders by USPS or FedEx Ground.

What is normal delivery time?
All orders are roasted, packed and shipped the same day.  Shipping time is typically from 2-4 days.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  Simply return the unused portion with a short note of why it is being returned.  You will receive an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
